Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi I based in Junagadh at The Fern Hotels & Resorts. The Commi I will assist in day-to-day food preparation, maintain hygiene and food safety standards, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes. Responsibilities also include supporting senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, maintaining kitchen equipment, and developing culinary skills to meet guest expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
- Strong Culinary Skills and creativity in food presentation
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of Hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Excellent Communication skills for efficient kitchen teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Formal training or certification in culinary arts is an advantage
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
