This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi I - Indian Cuisine, located in Bengaluru. The Commi I will be responsible for assisting in food preparation and cooking Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, flavor, and presentation. The role includes ensuring hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times, following food safety regulations, and collaborating with the culinary team. The individual is also expected to support senior chefs and foster a productive working environment in the kitchen.

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking, specifically in Indian Cuisine
• Strong Culinary Skills and an understanding of traditional and modern Indian recipes
• Knowledge and application of Hygiene practices and food safety standards
• Good Communication skills for effective collaboration with the culinary team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain attention to detail
• Relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Formal culinary training or certification is preferred
