Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi 3 at our South Goa location. The Commi 3 will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, ensuring proper hygiene practices in the kitchen, and honing culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs. Day-to-day tasks will include baking cakes , breads and , maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and contributing to the seamless operation of the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and basic Bakes Pastry
• Knowledge of Culinary Skills and techniques in cakes and pastry
• Understanding of Hygiene and food safety standards
• Effective Communication skills to work collaboratively with kitchen staff
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in food production in pastry and bakery environment is a plus
• A passion for creating high-quality food products
