We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis III Chef to join our Hot Kitchen, focusing on Fusion and Continental cuisine. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, experiment with flavors, and build strong kitchen fundamentals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily hot kitchen operations for fusion & continental dishes
Prepare ingredients and support senior chefs during service
Follow standardized recipes, plating, and portion control
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
Support smooth kitchen flow during peak service hours
Reduce wastage and handle ingredients responsibly
Requirements:
Basic knowledge or interest in fusion and continental cooking
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take guidance
Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure during service
Team player with a positive attitude
Prior kitchen experience is an added advantage (not mandatory)
