Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Commi 2 role at The Donut Affair, located in South Goa. The Commi 2 will assist in preparing and cooking food items, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and supporting the culinary team. Tasks will include preparation of ingredients, ensuring consistency in donut quality, and contributing to the overall smooth functioning of kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Techniques
• Understanding of Hygiene and Cleanliness Standards in the kitchen
• Effective Communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creations in the culinary field
• Prior experience in a bakery or pastry environment is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or a related field is a plus
