Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi 2 at BierGarten Brewery & Kitchen, located in Bengaluru. The Commi 2 will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining hygiene standards. Daily tasks include following recipes, prepping ingredients, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, adhering to health and safety regulations, and collaborating with the kitchen team to provide high-quality dishes.

• Basic Culinary Skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Formal culinary training or certification is beneficial
