Responsibilities:

1. Own commercialization of Avant footwear category across all T1 manufacturers
2. End to end ownership from product handover from R&D till production at factory
3. Responsible for all the 3 processes of product trials- counter sample, size set trial and pre-production trial
4. Responsible for technical performance of the shoe as well we fit & shape
5. Own production success of all designs. Problem solve as day to day issues faced during production

Desired candidate profile

1. 8+ years experience in product commercialisation & development
2. Strong technical knowledge in shoe making, pattern making & choice of material & operations
3. Good at partner factory management & communications
4. Experience in Sports shoe industry is a must.
