We are looking for a creative and client-focused
Commercial Workplace Design Specialist to craft innovative, functional, and visually compelling office and commercial environments. You will be responsible for end-to-end designfrom conceptualization to final executionwhile collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
This role is ideal for designers who thrive in dynamic, client-facing environments and are passionate about transforming spaces into engaging, productive workplaces.
What You'll Do
Design & Concept Development
Develop 2D layouts, 3D models, and detailed visual presentations for commercial offices, co-working spaces, and industrial setups.
Translate client requirements into creative and functional design solutions.
Create mood boards, material palettes, and conceptual presentations for client approval.
Client Engagement
Attend client meetings to understand requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
Serve as a trusted design advisor, guiding clients on best practices, materials, and spatial planning.
Project Coordination
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and site execution teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Monitor design quality, timelines, and consistency across multiple projects.
Assist in preparing BOQs, technical documentation, and material specifications.
Innovation & Trends
Stay updated with emerging design trends, materials, and technologies in commercial interior design.
Apply innovative solutions to enhance workplace functionality and aesthetics.
What We're Looking For
45 years of experience in interior design, preferably in commercial or corporate fit-outs.
Strong hands-on expertise in 2D/3D design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
Confident in client-facing presentations and able to translate design ideas effectively.
Good understanding of workplace planning, corporate design standards, and commercial materials.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
