Position: Commercial Manager
Role Overview:
The Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing the commercial activities of the organization, including pricing, contracts, client management, billing, and revenue optimization. The role ensures profitability, compliance, and smooth commercial operations aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end commercial operations including quotations, billing, and documentation
- Ensure timely invoicing and coordinate with Accounts for collections
- Prepare pricing models and cost sheets to support business requirements
- Draft, review, and manage client contracts and agreements
- Resolve client billing queries and commercial issues
- Monitor revenue, margins, and profitability; share MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Sales teams

Qualifications:

Experience:
- 510 years of experience in commercial, finance, or logistics domain
- Prior experience in logistics / supply chain industry preferred
