- You shall support the Sales team with complete pre and post sales related activities and processes including customer creation, customer credit rating, preparation of order acknowledgement, handing over checklist, cost verification and finalization, audit preparation etc.
- Working independently on all financial, legal, and commercial topics.
- Reviews & Vetting of Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit & helps with processing & issuance of Bank Guarantees.
- Manages Sales Administration activities (Pre & Post Sales process)
- Reviews customer orders and checks consistency and completeness in cooperation with all involved stakeholders on both customer side and Siemens sales or project management organization.
- You will support Sales team to prepare commercial quotation, calculations, and finalization of offer documents.
- You will be clarifying, elaborating, and optimizing all relevant contract issues, such as analyzing and commenting on contracts, evaluating legal, tax and commercial aspects etc.
- Ensuring the internal Sales (LoA) process in collaboration with the relevant interface partners and carry it out.
- Conducting commercial contract negotiations.
- MBA/M.Com/CA/LLB/CS with Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant and proven experience as commercial executive.
- Experience in contract reviews, well versed with handling of Bank Guarantees and sales activities.
- Good Communication and Negotiation skill.
- Well versed in Excel, WinWord and PPT.
