Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for a Commercial Sales Manager. The role involves managing the planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve business goals, developing and nurturing client relationships, and leading the sales team. The Commercial Sales Manager will analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Regular tasks also include attending client meetings, preparing sales reports, and ensuring targets are met while fostering a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Drive commercial sales revenue and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Build and manage a strong client & broker network
Handle end-to-end deal closures, negotiations, and client communication
Track market trends and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion and performance
Qualifications
Must have 2 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales
Strong expertise in sales execution and deal closures
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
Self-driven, result-oriented, and performance-focused
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
