Position: Commercial Sales Manager

MAIN OBJECTIVE
Responsible for driving sales growth, developing market presence, and managing customer
relationships within the assigned territory. This is a strategic role focused on commercial
execution and regional market development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Commercial Accountability: Drive the commercial success and profitability of sales operations within the region of responsibility.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure full compliance with global, divisional, and business unit sales strategies, policies, and operational guidelines.
- Market Intelligence: Provide actionable customer and market insights; develop comprehensive growth strategies and implement road maps.
- Regional Strategy Development: Define, communicate, and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Growth Identification: Actively identify and pursue new business development opportunities and market expansion prospects.
- Performance Management: Ensure consistent achievement of key performance indicators including revenue targets, margin performance, growth metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Budget, Planning and Customer Credit Management: Collaborate in establishing annual sales targets and develop comprehensive regional sales budgets. Knowledge of customer financial health, payment patterns, creditworthiness, and payment history.
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive monthly reporting on sales volume, sales activities, and performance metrics to business unit management.
- Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to all established sales processes, procedures, and commercial standards including terms and conditions management, customer systems, consignment programs, and warehouse operations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational Background: University degree at Bachelor's or Master's level in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent field. MBA will be plus.
- Professional Experience: 5-10 years of professional experience in sales management, or business management roles.
- Demonstrated track record of commercial success and revenue growth.

Language Requirements:
- Fluent English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout assigned region. Minimum 40% international travel availability.
