This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include overseeing real estate transactions, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, and guiding them through the entire process. You will conduct property showings, negotiate deals, and liaise between stakeholders such as property buyers, sellers, and developers. The role requires a strong understanding of the local real estate market, as well as expertise in commercial property transactions and sales strategies.

• In-depth knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and general Real Estate fundamentals
• A valid Real Estate License and professional expertise in Property Brokerage
• Proficiency in Sales with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Solid understanding of the real estate market trends in Bengaluru
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and networks
• Relevant work experience in commercial real estate is an advantage
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
