Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with more than 10 years of expereince with a strong background in commercial fit-out projects to lead end-to-end execution of interior construction works. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing office, retail, or mixed-use commercial interiors, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, cost management, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
- Manage end-to-end commercial fit-out projects from mobilisation to handover
- Oversee site execution, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinate civil, MEP, HVAC, fire-fighting, IT, and interior finishing works
Planning & Coordination
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and resource plans
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews
Cost & Budget Control
- Manage project budgets, BOQs, and variation orders
- Control costs, track billing, and certify subcontractor invoices
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved cost and timelines
Quality & Safety
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations
- Implement quality control checks and safety protocols at site
- Address snags, defects, and final handover requirements
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the single point of contact for clients during project execution
- Provide regular progress updates and resolve client concerns promptly
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain project documentation including drawings, approvals, reports, and handover dossiers
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices
