Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement for ATL & BTL marketing activities including outdoor campaigns, events, activations, merchandising, and branding.
- Lead RFI/RFQ processes, vendor identification, and contract negotiations.
- Develop vendor panels and negotiate rate cards for branding and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee PO creation, approvals, delivery follow-ups, and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare accurate MIS reports and ensure alignment with budget and cost-saving objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing and commercial requirements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 36 years of experience in marketing procurement, media buying, or commercial roles.
- Knowledge of ATL & BTL marketing activities.
- People from Media/ PR agency can apply but should have full knowledge of procurement and marketing
- Strong understanding of RFI/RFQ processes, contract management, and vendor development.
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba / SAP preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, track spends, and ensure operational efficiency.
