Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Commercial Manager will oversee commercial operations, manage contracts, and formulate business plans to drive profitability. Responsibilities include managing teams, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring the effective implementation of commercial practices to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to assess opportunities and create effective strategies.
- Experience in Commercial Management to drive profitability and sustain business growth.
- Proven ability in Contract Management, ensuring compliance and optimal performance of agreements.
- Team Management skills to lead and motivate teams toward achieving organizational objectives effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of the Transmission and Distribution or Plastic Pipes industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
