Urgent Hiring for Commercial Manager || Location-Mumbai||

Profile- Commercial Manager

Location- Goregaon east , Mumbai

Experience - 5 + years

ctc- upto 25 Lpa ( Depends on interview )

Working Days 6 days (2nd and h sat off)

Industry: Multi-Channel Distribution

Education Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Equivalent

Experience:

Minimum 5 + years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record as a Commercial Manager or in a similar leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Commercial Acumen:
  • Manage a turnover of 300 Cr+ across pan-India multi-channel distributor operations.
  • Optimize commercial operations to achieve business goals effectively.
  1. Stock Management & Audits:
  • Conduct regular stock audits, planning, and gap analysis.
  • Create and manage efficient processes for stock movement, in/out documentation from warehouses (W/H).
  1. Fund Flow Management:
  • Oversee daily Fund Flow management, banking, and receivables and payables monitoring.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation of receivables and payables
  • Plan monthly, quarterly and yearly fund flow
  1. Financial Analysis & Planning:
  • Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for each brand for every vertical/ channel
  • Calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and analyse margins.
  • Forecast and manage expenses related to business activities, including travel, Capex.
  1. Process Optimization:
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for commercial activities.
  • Ensure cost control across the organization.
  1. Training & Development:
  • Conduct commercial training sessions for teams to improve efficiency and compliance.
  1. Reporting & IT Interventions:
  • Utilize advanced Excel and presentation skills for detailed reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage IT tools and systems to streamline commercial processes and reporting.

  1. Expense Management:
  • Map and manage expenses related to travel, CapEx for NSOs, and petty cash disbursements.
  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Monitor and control organizational costs while ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership for expense forecasting aligned with business objectives.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing commercial operations with a turnover of 300 Cr+.
  • Strong understanding of stock management, financial planning, and gap analysis.
  • Expertise in expense management, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and presentation tools.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and tools for commercial operations.
  • Excellent process development and SOP writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and training abilities
