Your New Role

As Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities and turning consumer insights into activation strategies, delivering on business- and category growth in obesity and diabetes. You will identify, develop and establish the activation roadmap across cohorts, touchpoints, campaigns, channels and drive collaborations/partnerships with relevant external stakeholders by negotiating and co-creating market-fit solutions that deliver best-in-class experiences.

You willalsoberesponsibleto:

  • Shape market activation strategywithoptimizedtactical andchannelorchestrationto deliver on ROI

  • Translate consumer and market insights into targeted segmentation, creative briefs, channel plans, and measurable activation tactics

  • Manage operational execution of engagements byestablishingand executing on governance structure, implementation plans, KPI definition and buildperformanceanalysis andmonitoringframeworks

  • Identifyand evaluate new strategic opportunities by assessing market trends andmarketdevelopment to lead commercial collaboration partnerships

  • Collaborate andbuild strong relationshipswith internal and external stakeholders, to develop, realize and implement tactical plans

  • Represent the commercial business development and consumer activation unit, providing subject matterexpertiseand influencing decisions

  • Develop frameworks and processes to foster innovationand operational excellencewithin commercial operations

Your New Department

In the Business Development, Partnership and Healthcare Consumer Marketing Department we focus on exactly that - the future - our ecosystem integration and category growth with anambitious team of professionals with strong business acumen, effectivecollaborationand innovative thinking. Youwill directly report tothe Director of the unit.

Your Skills & Qualifications

You hold aBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering orMarketing- while an advanced degree (e.g.MBA) is preferred.

You comewith minimum7-8years ofrelevantexperience inomnichannel campaign execution and measurement, end-to-end userjourneysand execution along with managingstrategic partnerships/alliance managementin theconsumer health and/or FMCG sector.

Moreover, you have:

  • Skills inAI,search programmatic,paid social, content marketingwith execution experienceofcampaigns

  • MarTechproficiency,understandingattribution models, conversion funnels, andability to build dashboardsto make date-driven recommendations

  • Demonstrated success in managing strategic partnerships

  • Astrong understanding of thehealthcare landscape on-and offline

  • Strong financial acumen withexpertisein developing revenue models, business cases

  • Strategic and critical thinkingwith strong analytical skills and a solution-driven mindsetwith theability to form insights from multiple sources of data

  • Knowledge and agility to explore broader ecosystems involving data, digital and emerging technologies

  • A high degree of independence, seeking guidance only on complex issues

  • Managed external stakeholders andare able toselect, run and holds agencies and other suppliers accountable for delivery

  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence management and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results
