Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Delhi for a Commercial Manager. The Commercial Manager will oversee daily commercial operations, manage contracts and negotiations, and develop comprehensive business plans. The role involves analyzing market trends, coordinating with domestic and international clients, leading a team, and ensuring alignment of operations with organizational goals. Additionally, the Commercial Manager will actively engage in strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Commercial Management, including experience with contract management and negotiations
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to assess market trends and guide strategic business decisions
  • Proven ability in Team Management and leadership to ensure effective collaboration and productivity
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and delivering customized solutions to international clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for global client interactions
  • Prior experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Understanding of international trade regulations and industry standards
  • Must have proven experience in Purchase, Vendor Management, Dispatch and Forwarding, Documentation, Shipping, CHA handling, Customs Clearance, Negotiation and Price Management etc
