Job Purpose

Opening up New markets like Argentina, Peru and Ecuador. Managing existing B2B business for assigned countries, In Market business support to Brazil and Mexico like Portfolio, managing B2B partner to achieve sales targets, in line with organizationwide goals

Accountabilities

  • Drive partner network to achieve revenue for the allocated region
  • Provide marketing & conference support to enhance Cipla's brand
  • Identify & recommend new products to expand portfolio
  • Execute & monitor sales orders for smooth operations
  • Optimize costs per order to support profitability
  • Evaluate portfolio & support regional strategy

Education Qualification

MBA from a leading business school, preferably in International Business

Relevant Work Experience

  • 610 years of business development experience in a pharma company handling complex regions, with 12 years onfield exposure
  • Well acquainted with Commercial Unit backend processes and systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
