We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Manager to strengthen our business operations and ensure commercial efficiency across departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesRisk Assessment & Compliance- Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and operational risks.
- Ensure full compliance with all contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.
Vendor & Purchase Management- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring transparent and efficient management practices.
- Negotiate and process purchase bills accurately and in a timely manner.
- Evaluate vendor contracts, pricing structures, and service terms to maximize cost-effectiveness and value.
Budgeting & Cost Control- Prepare annual and departmental budgets aligned with business objectives.
- Track, monitor, and report expenditures against approved budgets.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Commercial Strategy & Governance- Support senior management in strategic commercial decision-making.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit readiness for all commercial activities.
- Collaborate closely with operational, finance, and legal teams to streamline and govern commercial processes.
Desired Skills & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial management, contracts, vendor management, or legal/risk functions.
- Strong understanding of contracts, compliance frameworks, and budgeting processes.
- Proven negotiation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks, solutions, and process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Digital & Technical Proficiency- Digitally confident and tech-savvy, with the ability to navigate mobile apps, dashboards, and web-based tools with ease.
- Comfortable adopting new technologies, systems, and digital workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Experienced in using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, project or vendor management platforms).
- Capable of leveraging data and analytics tools for tracking budgets, vendor performance, and operational insights.
