Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Leasing Manager based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and prospecting clients for commercial lease opportunities, conducting market research, preparing property presentations, and managing end-to-end leasing transactions. The manager will also maintain strong client relationships, negotiate lease terms, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless leasing process.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial leasing, real estate markets, contract negotiation, and lease documentation
• Skills in market research, forecasting trends, and understanding local micro-market dynamics
• Excellent client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail and organization
• Experience in sales and business development within the real estate or leasing sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; certifications in real estate or leasing are an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
• Proactive mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and result-oriented goals
