Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven professional to handle commercial advertising and leasing of metro station spaces in Hyderabad. The candidate must have strong experience in real estate commercial leasing, corporate client acquisition, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch metro station advertising and commercial space solutions to corporates and brands.
- Onboard clients for branding, kiosks, retail units, and other commercial leasing opportunities.
- Manage existing advertising and leasing contracts.
- Explain station locations, ad formats, commercial space options, pricing, and timelines.
- Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with design, printing, and installation vendors for smooth execution.
- Ensure approvals, compliance, and timely campaign rollouts.
- Conduct field visits to oversee on-ground activities.
- Maintain client records, payment tracking, and performance reports.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in Real Estate Commercial Leasing (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and corporate sales skills.
- Proven track record in revenue generation.
- Good knowledge of Hyderabad commercial market preferred.
