Role :-Corporate Lawyer (Criminal Lawyer)

Experience :-3+ yrs in CBI, ED matters

Location :-Mumbai(Bandra-West)

Key Responsibilities

Litigation & Legal Work

Handle securities litigation matters including shareholder disputes, class actions, insider

trading, market manipulation, and disclosure-related claims

Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, and settlement documents

Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies

Coordinate with senior counsel on complex and high-value matters

Client Handling & Advisory

Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients

Provide strategic legal advice on securities law, compliance, and risk management

Manage client communications, expectations, and timelines

Participate in client meetings, calls, and negotiations

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Regulatory & Compliance

Advise clients on securities regulations and corporate governance requirements

Handle matters involving regulatory authorities and stock exchanges

Assist with internal investigations and compliance reviews

Case Management

Independently manage multiple matters and court deadlines

Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and subject-matter experts

Ensure timely filings and procedural compliance

Required Qualifications

Law degree (LLB required; LLM in Securities & Investment Law preferred)

Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, with enrollment/eligibility in the

State of Maharashtra and Goa

310+ years of experience in corporate securities litigation

Strong knowledge of securities laws, corporate regulations, and litigation procedures

Required Skills

Excellent client handling and communication skills

Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy abilities

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Effective time management and multitasking skills
