Profile - Manager / Senior Manager – Commercial Finance

Qualification - CA/MBA

Experience - 3–8 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Business Finance, Sales Finance, or Channel Finance.

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales and business teams across GT, MT, EBO, and other offline channels.
• Drive channel profitability analysis, business performance tracking, and commercial decision-making.
• Monitor receivables, collections, ageing, and working capital metrics.
• Review trade spends, incentives, schemes, discounts, and commercial investments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, AOP planning, and variance analysis.
• Validate sales payouts, incentives, and channel-related expenses.
• Prepare business MIS, dashboards, and profitability reports for leadership reviews.
• Drive commercial controls, process compliance, and financial governance across channels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on growth initiatives and profitability improvement projects
