Commercial Executive

We are seeking a Senior Executive Commercial Operations with hands-on experience in ERP systems. The candidate will be responsible for invoicing, export documentation, stock in-warding, dispatch coordination, and data analysis. This is a cross-functional role that requires coordination with logistics, stores, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process domestic and export invoices in ERP.
• Create and manage complete export documentation commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, etc.
• Coordinate and track dispatches with logistics partners.
• Manage stock in-warding and inventory updates in ERP.
• Analyze sales and stock data to support planning and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company and statutory norms related to dispatch and documentation.

Work closely with warehouse, finance, and customer service teams for smooth order execution.

Mandatory Any standard ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SAGE, etc.), complete documentation for domestic market and export market, including Certificate of Origin, BRC. Knowledge of GST and TDS or related documentation is must etc.
