AI is a key enabler of this journey. You will help identify, pilot, and scale improvements in processes, tools, and behaviors across the commercial organization, while also elevating the use of AI within our own area (Strategy & Commercial Development.)
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning business challenges into smarter workflows, mobilizing colleagues, and driving adoption of new practices. A hands on, practical approach will be essential to making change happen.
In This Role You'll Make An Impact By
- Improve commercial workflows by working with sales and marketing to understand current practices and cocreate smarter, more efficient ways of working.
- Translate business needs into solutions by breaking challenges into clear problem statements and requirements for IT.
- Create and share practical tools such as prompt libraries, templates, and workflow guides that help colleagues use digital and AI tools independently.
- Drive adoption of AI and digital tools by supporting rollouts with AI ambassadors, gathering user feedback, and ensuring new ways of working stick.
- Strengthen Strategy & Commercial Development's digital maturity by elevating our own workflows and applying AIenabled practices within the team.
To Succeed You Must Hold
- A M.sc or B.sc in Business Administration or similar
- 5+ years of experience from similar roles in B2B
- A strong interest in AI and digital tools
- Curiosity and the ability to learn fast
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven and proactive
- Hands-on, go-do and proactive problem solver mindset
- Ability to simplify complexity
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach and a passion for enabling change and helping others succeed
