Job Title: RM Commercial Banking IT

Location: ,Hyderabad, Delhi , Pune, Mumbai ,Bangalore ,Chennai

Segment: Commercial Banking / Mid-Corporates / Emerging Corporates

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships within the IT / Technology sector in the Commercial Banking / Mid-Corporate segment. The role involves driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and managing a portfolio of IT companies while offering a range of banking and financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of IT / Technology sector clients within the Commercial / Mid-Corporate segment.
  • Acquire new-to-bank relationships from the IT industry.
  • Drive business development, including lending products, working capital, term loans, trade finance, and transaction banking solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, CFOs, and promoters of IT companies.
  • Work closely with credit, product, and risk teams for deal structuring and approval.
  • Ensure proper credit assessment, financial analysis, and risk evaluation of clients.
  • Cross-sell bank products such as cash management services, forex, trade finance, and treasury products.
  • Monitor portfolio health and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 812 years in Commercial Banking / Corporate Banking / Mid-Corporate Banking.
  • Strong exposure to IT / Technology sector clients.
  • Proven track record in relationship management and business acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of corporate lending, working capital financing, and transaction banking.
  • Ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships.

Education

  • MBA / PGDM in Finance, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong network within the IT industry.
  • Excellent client management and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of credit appraisal and financial analysis.
