Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate - Commercial Life Sciences Analytics | Decision Intelligence
Job Summary: - This role will be responsible for delivering solutions to business problems in commercial life science analytics enabling clients with actionable insights and business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with project manager to define the algorithm, break down the problem into execution steps and run the analysis independently
- Ensure high quality analytics solution/reports to client
- Contribute towards Axtria tools and capabilities as per the business requirements.
- Build organization capabilities by participating in Hackathon, solution design, process automation
- Effectively communicate with onshore/ client (as per business needs)
- Mentor junior associates in the team
Job Requirements: -
- Overall, 1.5 to 4 years of rich experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Domain.
- Knowledge of data sets like Xponent, LAAD/APLD, Plantrak, Formulary, NR/DDD, etc
- Can work across a variety of projects - advanced analytics, ad-hoc analysis, and reporting
- Experience in one or more of various solutions like Segmentation, Ker driver analysis, Brand reporting and dashboarding, Marketing Mix, T&C / A-B testing, Patient Analytics,
- Strong in logical reasoning, structuring of analysis, asking the right questions, and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations.
- Effectively communicate with onshore/ client (as per business needs)
- Relevant experience in Statistical/ modeling knowledge, ability to transform data to insights, good data visualization/ reporting skills
- Good to have work experience in building statistical modeling and/or AI/ML models
- Technical knowledge- R/ Python/ SQL. Knowledge of PowerBI and self-service analytics platforms such as Dataiku/ KNIME/ Alteryx will be an added advantage. MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
