Commerce Solution Architect SM / AD

We are looking for an Commerce Solution Architect (Associate Director) to lead enterprisescale digital commerce transformations. This role combines deep commerce platform expertise, cloudnative architecture, AI/GenAI enablement, and strong executive stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own endtoend digital commerce architecture for large enterprise programs
- Architect cloudnative, microservicesbased solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP
- Lead solution design across platforms such as Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Commerce tools, ATG, WCS
- Drive AI / GenAI use cases for personalization, recommendations, and intelligent commerce
- Lead presales activities including solutioning, estimations, RFP responses, and bid defense
- Engage with CXOlevel stakeholders for proposals, solution walkthroughs, and ideation sessions
- Govern and mentor large delivery teams across all phases of SDLC
Experience & Skills
- 18+ years overall IT experience
- 14+ years in Digital Commerce platforms
- 8+ years in cloudnative & microservices architecture
- 4+ years in AI / GenAI solution design and deployment
- Strong understanding of B2C, B2B, D2C & omnichannel commerce models
- Experience with CMS, OMS, Digital Marketing, Loyalty systems (preferred)
