Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for 1st party soft collections in an international (US) process
  • Oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring adherence to targets and compliance guidelines
  • Facilitate onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring alignment with process expectations
  • Conduct regular quality audits to maintain high service standards and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to manage performance, feedback, and escalation handling
  • Monitor collection metrics, coach agents for performance improvement, and ensure process efficiency
  • Ensure timely and professional customer interactions with a focus on resolving outstanding payments
  • Maintain detailed reporting and documentation for all collection activities
