Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Process Executive located in Kolkata. The Collection Process Executive will be responsible for managing debt recovery processes, following up with clients for overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining detailed records of all account activities. The role also involves ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines while delivering excellent customer service during all interactions.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in customer interaction, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong understanding of debt collection processes, policies, and payment reconciliation techniques
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of account activities
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory compliance related to collections
  • Experience with CRM software and basic accounting systems is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently while adhering to company standards
