We are seeking a Collection Manager to lead our collections team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing collections processes and a proven track record of reducing outstanding debts while maintaining positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding debts.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections from clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate collections and resolve disputes.
• Analyze collection reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and customer service to address collection issues.
• Prepare and present reports on collection performance to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-13 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable management.
• Strong understanding of credit and collection processes.
• Proficiency in using collection software and databases.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing collections in India.
