Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Manager located in Auraiya. The Collection Manager will oversee daily operations related to debt recovery and payment collection. Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating with the collections team, strategizing and implementing collection processes, conducting follow-ups with defaulters, analyzing delinquency reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory policies. The role also involves working closely with internal departments to resolve payment disputes while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide collection teams effectively.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing collection strategies and analyzing delinquency metrics to drive outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for interacting with customers and resolving disputes.
- Sound knowledge of financial services, debt recovery practices, and relevant regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in data analysis tools, reporting systems, and use of collection management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field. Advanced qualifications would be an asset.
- Prior experience in collections or related fields, preferably in the NBFC or financial services industry.
