Salary: 25,000 32,000/month

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Collection Manager to lead collection operations, drive recovery performance, and manage field & office teams. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in collections, customer handling, and team leadership in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

Lead and manage collections team (field & office staff)

Train, guide, and monitor team performance

Motivate team to achieve collection targets

Collection Strategy & Performance

Develop and implement effective collection strategies

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Review aging reports and prioritize high-risk accounts

Recovery & Customer Handling

Ensure timely follow-ups and customer visits

Handle escalated cases and resolve disputes

Maintain strong customer relationships during recovery process

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain accurate MIS and collection reports

Ensure compliance with legal and company policies

Track overall collection efficiency and improvements

Business Support

Coordinate with internal teams

Support sales team to achieve overall business targets

Field Supervision

Supervise field activities and recovery visits

Travel as required for collection monitoring

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

5+ years of experience in Collections (Chit Fund / Finance preferred)

Strong experience in team handling (Mandatory)

Good knowledge of recovery processes and customer handling

Strong communication and leadership skills

Willingness to travel for field supervision

Additional Requirements

Two-wheeler with valid driving license (Mandatory)

Ability to handle field pressure and targets
