Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Executive based in Thrissur. The Collection Executive will be responsible for debt collection, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients, and managing accounts receivable processes. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records of transactions, resolving payment issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. The role will also require close coordination with the credit control and finance teams, while effectively communicating with clients to ensure smooth and timely recovery processes.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid analytical skills to assess financial situations and propose solutions
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in collections or finance is an advantage
