We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage field-based collections in designated areas. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in collections or fieldwork, possess a valid vehicle, and be willing to work independently to achieve collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients/customers in assigned areas to collect pending payments.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and submit daily reports.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure timely payments.
- Handle field operations professionally and represent the company positively.
- Coordinate with the accounts/collections team regarding payment status and issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- 24 years of experience in collections or fieldwork.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler/vehicle and driving license.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and willing to work in the field.
