We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing collections and ensuring timely payments from clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to resolve payment issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on outstanding collections and payments from clients.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to resolve payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and collection efforts.
  • Prepare and send out collection letters and notices to clients as needed.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to facilitate timely collections.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and payment processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
