Job Description

The Role

The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing the collection process for outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

  • Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Communicate with clients regarding payment terms and overdue accounts.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of collections activities.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting.

Team Structure: You will work closely with the finance and customer service teams to streamline the collection process.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively manage collections.

  • Experience in collections or accounts receivable.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education: A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
