The Role
The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing the collection process for outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Communicate with clients regarding payment terms and overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of collections activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting.
