We're Hiring: Collection Executive

Location: Coimbatore | Tiruppur | Ooty

Salary: 15,000 25,000/month

Qualification: 12th / Any Degree

Experience: Freshers / Experienced (Collections/Finance preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Collection Executive to manage customer payments, follow-ups, and field collections. This role involves both office and field work, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Collections & Follow-ups

Contact customers for due and overdue payments

Follow up regularly to ensure timely payment commitments

Maintain consistent communication with customers

Field Work

Visit clients for collections when required

Handle on-ground recovery activities professionally

Records & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of collections and pending dues

Update payment status and customer details regularly

Customer Handling

Handle customer queries related to payments

Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Coordination & Compliance

Coordinate with internal teams for account updates

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines

Support sales team in achieving business targets

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Degree

Experience in Collections / Finance / Chit Funds preferred

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of accounts and records

Ability to work in field and travel locally

Additional Requirements

Two-wheeler with valid driving license (Mandatory)

Willingness to do field work
