This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Agent based in Saraswati Vihar. The Collection Agent will be responsible for communicating with customers to collect outstanding payments, resolving payment issues, and processing repayments efficiently. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, negotiating repayment plans, and adhering to all company policies and relevant regulations. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide a professional and courteous customer experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and negotiate repayment plans effectively
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address payment barriers
• Proficiency in using digital tools and software for managing collections and record-keeping
• Basic understanding of financial principles and relevant regulatory guidelines
• Previous experience in collections or customer service is an advantage
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or business are a plus
