Cold Calling Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cold Calling Manager based in Gurugram. As a Cold Calling Manager, your daily tasks will include overseeing and managing the cold calling team, developing calling scripts, training staff, monitoring call performance, and generating reports. You will also be responsible for setting targets, tracking progress, and ensuring that the team meets their sales goals. Additionally, you will engage with potential clients, handle objections, and follow up with leads to close sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop effective calling scripts and train staff
• Experience in monitoring call performance and generating reports
• Understanding of sales tracking and goal setting
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
