This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Calling Specialist based in Jaipur. The role includes identifying and contacting potential clients through outbound calls, presenting and promoting Leadassist's services, and building meaningful communication with prospects. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, maintaining accurate records of call activities, and achieving pre-defined targets and goals.

• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct research and gather information about potential clients
• Proficiency in managing and updating CRM systems or call logs
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Prior experience in B2B lead generation or working with SaaS/technology businesses is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
