Job Title:Cold Caller - Outbound Engagement Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time Position

Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 INR per month

Working Hours: 6:00 PM- 4 A.M Indian Standard Time (9:00 AM- 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time)

Job Description:

As an Outbound Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients through outbound calls and outreach. Your primary objective will be to introduce Dozti and its portfolio companies, qualify interest, and schedule appointments or follow-up conversations for the business development team. This role is highly activity-driven and requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to engage confidently with prospects. You will play a key role in pipeline generation by creating first-touch connections, managing outbound call lists, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling & Outreach:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients or partners.
  • Introduce company offerings and generate interest in meetings or presentations.
  • Follow structured scripts while personalizing conversations where appropriate.

Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting:

  • Identify prospect needs and assess potential fit.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the business development/sales team.
  • Maintain follow-up communication with interested leads.

Database & CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
  • Update lead lists, contact details, and status regularly.
  • Track engagement metrics and call performance.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with business development and leadership teams.
  • Share feedback and insights from conversations with prospects.
  • Handle interactions professionally while representing the organization's brand.

Process Improvement:

  • Provide input on call scripts and outreach strategies.
  • Suggest ways to improve conversion rates and prospecting efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to confidently engage in phone conversations.
  • Strong listening skills and objection-handling ability.
  • Comfort with repetitive calling activities and high-volume outreach.
  • Basic familiarity with Google Workspace or CRM tools.
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
  • Discipline, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
  • Exposure to sales development or client acquisition roles.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or international markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or calling tools.
