Job Description

We are seeking a BI & Planning Developer with strong hands‑on experience in IBM Cognos, Tableau, and TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics) to support enterprise reporting, dashboards, and financial planning solutions. Exposure to Anaplan is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support Cognos reports and dashboards
  • Design interactive Tableau dashboards aligned to business KPIs
  • Build and maintain TM1 planning models (cubes, dimensions, rules, TI processes)
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles
  • Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders on requirements
  • Perform enhancements, defect fixes, and production support
  • Ensure data accuracy, performance, and documentation

Required Skills

  • 3-6 years of experience in BI / Analytics development
  • Strong hands‑on expertise in:
    • IBM Cognos Analytics
    • Tableau
    • TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics
  • Good understanding of financial concepts (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
  • Experience working in enterprise / corporate environments

Good to Have

  • Knowledge or exposure to Anaplan
  • Experience in Finance IT or performance management solutions
  • Familiarity with Agile / SDLC processes

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management
  • Self‑driven and able to handle multiple priorities
