Role Description

As a Cofounder Business Development professional, you will play a key role in shaping Arnnima Solution's growth strategy and driving business initiatives forward. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining partnerships, analyzing market trends, and developing sales and marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. In addition to collaborating with various teams to meet the company's goals, you will also support strategic decision-making processes. This is a full-time, on-site role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research proficiency to understand market trends and develop data-driven strategies.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing to design and execute client acquisition and revenue growth strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate leadership and strategic thinking.
• Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in IT consulting, software development, or related industries is a plus.
