Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in Coffee Quality Sourcing and International Sales. The ideal candidate will manage supplier sourcing, quality control, and global buyer relationships to drive export growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Quality
- Identify and develop reliable coffee suppliers
- Evaluate coffee quality (grading, moisture, defect count)
- Conduct cupping sessions or coordinate quality testing
- Ensure consistency of export standards
Sales & Market Development
- Develop and manage international buyers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing
- Monitor global coffee market trends
- Achieve export sales targets
Export Coordination
- Oversee documentation and compliance
- Coordinate shipments and logistics
- Ensure timely delivery to buyers
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in Coffee Sourcing / Export
- Strong understanding of Coffee Grading & Quality parameters
- Experience in international coffee sales
- Knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation
- Existing buyer network preferred
- Strong negotiation skills
