Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable DevSecOps architecture aligned with business and technology goals
- Define, standardize, and govern CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and configuration management processes
- Lead the implementation of multi-stage pipelines as code using Jenkins and GitLab
- Collaborate closely with software architects, developers, QA, security, cloud, and operations teams to enable CI, CD, and Continuous Testing (CT)
- Design and support container-based and serverless deployments on AWS, including microservices architectures
- Create configurable pipelines with quality gates across CI, CD, and CT stages
- Drive end-to-end automation for build, deployment, testing, and infrastructure provisioning
- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and development teams in modern engineering and DevSecOps best practices
- Support incident response, perform root cause analysis, and drive long-term stability improvements
- Ensure compliance, security, and audit readiness of DevSecOps processes
- Track and implement DevOps metrics, including DORA metrics, to measure and improve delivery performance
Required Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 9+ years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years of hands-on DevSecOps experience
- 4+ years in a technical leadership or lead role
- Strong hands-on experience integrating tools such as:
- CI/CD & Build: Jenkins, GitLab, Maven
- Quality & Security: SonarQube, Snyk, PyUnit, nUnit, Selenium, RestAssured
- Testing & Performance: LambdaTest, JMeter
- Artifact & Release: Artifactory, Liquibase
- Cloud & Security: AWS, CloudFormation, AWS Secrets Manager
- Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
- Expertise in Groovy and YAML
- Strong understanding of deployment strategies: Blue-Green, Canary, Dark deployments
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Deep expertise in AWS, with solid exposure to Azure
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on DevSecOps maturity
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification
- Experience infusing GenAI into DevSecOps automation
- Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, OpsGenie)
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management (Puppet, Ansible)
