Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Coding & Math Mentor. The primary responsibilities include conducting live, interactive online sessions on coding and math concepts, creating engaging lesson plans, and providing individualized guidance to students. The mentor will track student progress, address their learning needs, and foster a collaborative and enjoyable learning environment. Additionally, the role requires active communication with students and their guardians to deliver constructive feedback and ensure continued learning and development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Java, or similar, and a strong foundation in mathematical concepts of Grade 1-8.
• Experience in teaching or mentoring students and creating engaging lesson plans for online sessions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students of varying ages and backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to guide students effectively through challenging concepts.
• Knowledge of online teaching tools and platforms is preferred.
• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Education, or related fields is a plus.
• Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students to achieve their potential.
